Jeremy York

President

Mr. Jeremy L. York is a native of Prichard, AL. He graduated as an honor athlete from Mattie T. Blount High School in 2001. As he continued his education by attending Tuskegee University while serving on the Golden Tigers football team, American Chemical Society Scholar, and an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Mr. York obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007. Mr. York furthered his education by attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the state of Alabama. He earned his Master’s degree in Construction Engineering Management in 2012.

Today, Mr. York is an Energy Engineer who performs energy audits, collects data, completes energy measurements, calculates energy savings, while analyzing data using building simulation models and developing energy conservation measures (ECM). Mr. York delivers on all tasks to meet the unique goals for his customers. He also provides cost-analysis of ECM’s in conjunction with additional energy audit data. Mr. York identifies capitol cost avoidance opportunities, renewable energy alternatives, and prioritizes ECM’s while emphasizing the return on investments.

Post completion of his master’s degree, Mr. York began working in construction as a Project Manager, no performing competitive bidding site visits, escorting potential subcontractors, receiving and evaluating proposals, and reviewing scopes of work for ECM’s. This task requires communicating and coordinating with internal and external resources to obtain the data needed for the projects. He coordinated the installation of ECM’s, which ensured projects to be completed on time and within budget. He collaborated with engineers on final specifications and with customer facilities staff to develop schedules and minimize disruption to normal facility operation. He oversaw the work of subcontractors, developed as-built construction documents and operation and maintenance manuals. He assisted in developing site safety and health plans and monitored work, to ensure compliance with applicable safety codes, regulations, and standards.

While working diligently with his church and in his community, Mr. York strives to find balance in his career and life. He is a Christian believer, loving father of a beautiful and energetic daughter and son. Mr. York has a passion to give back to his community, impact the environment, and assist with cost cutting measures in any way possible. Mr. York feels an obligation to educate the next generation on the importance of energy conservation and sustainability. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, running, and participating in fitness activities.


Crystal McNeal – Treasurer

Hello my name is Crystal McNeal and I am originally from Mobile, AL but I have spent the last 11 years in Panama City, FL.  I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education as well as my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, FL.  I have worked in Leon, Gadsden and Bay counties. I joined the Leon County head-start program in 2008. After a year, I became a 5th grade teacher in Gadsden county and served for 2 years.  In 2011, I moved to Panama City, FL where I have served as an 8th grade teacher, elementary and middle school Assistant Principal and an Elementary Principal.  In 2019 my family and I moved to Huntsville, AL where I currently work as the Assistant Principal of the largest elementary school in Madison County.

I am married to Marcus McNeal. He is an engineer with Northrpp Grumman and we have 2 handsome sons, Amari and Mason. 

I am honored to have the opportunity to continue reaching, teaching, and inspiring all students everyday!!!


A.T. Neal

A.T. Neal Is a proven sales leader in the Medical Surgical/ASI business unit. Based south of Atlanta, he supports several middle Georgia systems.
A.T. believes with a strategic vision and the creation of a culture of inclusivity, we can achieve our objectives. He has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. He has an ability to lead, educate, stay positive and motivate individuals with ease.

A.T. has a 15-year career in MedTech sales. He has sold several product portfolios in the pharmaceutical industry and Medtronic’s RTG and MITG divisions. He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the ADN Atlanta chapter and committee member of ADN’s engagement and recruitment teams.
A.T. holds his bachelor’s degree from Auburn university where he was a four-year football letterman. He is currently working on his Executive Master of Business Administration with a focus in Global Business at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga.

A.T. is married to his college sweetheart and has three sons. He enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, and volunteering in his local community. He is a life member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.


Maceo R. Henderson – PR/Community Affairs

Maceo R. Henderson is a Native of Troy Alabama. The son of Camille Dix and the late Mr. Walter Jose Henderson. The Father of Myles Rashad Henderson, and Husband to Rachael D. Henderson. Maceo is a 2001 Graduate of Charles Henderson High School and 2007 Graduate BS Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University.

Maceo have 10+ Years Engineering Experience with 3 Fortune 500 Companies (Procter & Gamble, Unilever and currently Panasonic Automotive). Senior Engineering in Global Manufacturing at Panasonic Automotive Systems of America, currently operating in 7 countries worldwide, where he currently leads global engineering teams by providing design for manufacturing expertise.

Current executive director of the Walter J Henderson Foundation, founded by Maceo Henderson September 2017. Which is geared towards providing STEAM curriculum and mentoring opportunities for the community of Troy Alabama and Pike County. The main focus of the organization is to increase academic and social retention through community service, academic achievement, and social awareness.

Current Board of Directors Chairmen of Next step education in Atlanta Georgia, which provides high school teens and parents with a unique college readiness platform. “Guiding Students Through Their Next Step…College”

Community Volunteer of Meals on Wheels of America providing meals to local families of Fayette County Georgia.

Active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity incorporated of the Newnan-Fairburn Alumni Chapter in Newnan Georgia.

Will Lewis – Vice President

Will Lewis grew up in the small college town of Tuscaloosa, AL where he attended Central Tuscaloosa High School.  He attended the University of South Alabama receiving a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and an Educational Leadership certification. During his time at the University of South Alabama he was very active in the Student Government Association. He served as the SGA Chief Justice and Vice President of the student body. Furthermore, in addition, He attended the University of West Alabama receiving a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and a Ed. S in Educational Leadership. During his time in education, he has served as a classroom teacher, Title I Facilitator, Behavior Coach, Assistant Principal, and Interim Principal. Will Lewis has also had the opportunity to work at all three (3) levels: elementary, middle, & high school. Furthermore, he has worked in ESOL, rural, urban, and magnet schools creating a wide variety of experiences to share with fellow educators. Will Lewis also owns and operates Middle 2 Elite Consulting, LLC focusing on school culture & climate, RTI, instruction best practices, new teacher training, student leadership, and school discipline. Will Lewis is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
